Angie Shin is a powerhouse attorney with 20 years of experience in real estate law and trust and estate matters. With deep expertise in both litigation and transactions, Angie has built a reputation for her unmatched knowledge of title issues — earning her the nickname “Title Queen” among colleagues who rely on her sharp legal insights and rare skill set.
Angie’s legal journey spans a wide range of practice environments — from small and mid-sized firms to an Am Law 100 firm — before moving in-house at Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF), one of the nation’s leading title and escrow companies. There, she spent nearly a decade as in-house litigation counsel, handling complex title disputes with a focus on probate and trust matters, conveyancing issues, quiet title actions, lien priority disputes, foreclosure, mortgage fraud, and title curative work. She then transitioned as underwriting counsel for FNF, where she advised on real estate closings and title insurance matters. Known for her ability to quickly assess legal risk and provide strategic, practical solutions, Angie thrived in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
Before founding her own practice, Angie served as General Counsel for a Southern California real estate brokerage, where she acted as chief legal advisor to the company and its affiliated entities.​
Angie received her bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Angie also has her California Broker License.​
Today, Angie brings her deep legal acumen, business-minded approach, and unmatched title expertise to individual and corporate clients alike. When she’s not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their dog, Steven.
